A qualified Structural Engineer with over a decade of experience, Augustine works as a Civil Engineering Professional at Symbion Uganda. He holds qualifications from Makerere University and brings strong skills in infrastructure development, project planning, coordination, and execution to both his engineering career and chess administration. His professional discipline in managing complex projects translates seamlessly into organizing high-standard chess events.

Augustine has been actively involved in Ugandan chess since 2009, serving as an Arbiter and tournament organizer.
